Phlik Career — Privacy Policy

Phlik Career ("เรา", "the App") พัฒนาโดย Kasion (kasion.dev). นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร และคุณจัดการข้อมูลของคุณยังไง.

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

• เนื้อหาที่คุณป้อน — resume text, role + company สำหรับ interview prep, mood + win + learn สำหรับ journal. ส่งไปยัง AI gateway ของเราเพื่อ process แล้วส่งผลลัพธ์กลับ.
• ข้อมูลบนเครื่อง — resume version + interview sets + journal entries เก็บใน local database (Hive) บนเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น เราไม่ sync กลับ server เว้นแต่คุณเลือก sign-in (ฟีเจอร์อนาคต).
• การใช้งาน + crash reports — Sentry สำหรับ crash, PostHog สำหรับ analytics anonymized (no PII). คุณ opt-out ได้ใน Settings (เมื่อ feature available).
• ภาษาที่เลือก + theme — เก็บ local เพื่อ remember preference.

2. การใช้ AI services

ข้อความที่คุณส่งไป Resume Polish / Interview Prep / Journal Reflect จะถูกส่งไปยัง AI provider ของบุคคลที่สาม (DeepSeek, Qwen, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) ผ่าน gateway ของเรา. AI providers อาจเก็บ log ตาม policy ของแต่ละราย:

• DeepSeek: platform.deepseek.com/legal/privacy
• Anthropic: anthropic.com/legal/privacy
• Google AI: policies.google.com/privacy

เราไม่เก็บ prompt content ฝั่งของเรา. Gateway log เฉพาะ token usage + cost (ไม่รวมเนื้อหา) เพื่อ rate-limit และ billing.

3. ข้อมูลที่เรา ไม่ เก็บ

• เราไม่ขายข้อมูลให้ third party.
• เราไม่ใช้เนื้อหาของคุณเทรน AI models ของเรา.
• เราไม่ track location precise (เฉพาะ region สำหรับ language detection).
• เราไม่อ่าน contacts, photos, microphone, calendar.

4. สิทธิของคุณ

• Access — ดู resume/interview/journal ทั้งหมดได้ใน app (เก็บ local).
• Delete — ลบรายการได้ใน app. Uninstall app = ลบทุกอย่างใน device.
• Export — coming soon (ส่งไฟล์ JSON ทั้งหมด).
• Withdraw — ติดต่อ [email protected] เพื่อขอลบบัญชี (เมื่อ sign-in available).

5. เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี

App นี้ ไม่ได้ออกแบบสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี. เราไม่ได้ตั้งใจเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็ก. ถ้าทราบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลของเด็กโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ จะลบทันที.

6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

นโยบายนี้อาจปรับปรุง. เราจะแจ้งใน app และอัปเดตวันที่ที่หัวเอกสาร.

Phlik Career — Privacy Policy (English)

1. Information we collect

• User-provided content — resume text, role/company for interview prep, mood/win/learn for journaling. Sent to our AI gateway for processing.
• On-device data — resume versions, interview sets, journal entries stored locally (Hive). Not synced unless you sign in (future feature).
• Crash + usage analytics — Sentry for crashes, PostHog for anonymized usage. Opt-out available in Settings.
• Preferences — language + theme stored locally.

2. AI processing

Content you submit is sent to third-party AI providers (DeepSeek, Qwen, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) via our gateway. Each provider has its own retention policy. Our gateway logs token usage + cost only (not content).

3. Information we do NOT collect

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your content to train our AI models.
• We do not track precise location.
• We do not access contacts, photos, microphone, calendar.

4. Your rights

• Access — view all data in-app.
• Delete — delete entries in-app; uninstalling clears all device data.
• Export — coming soon (JSON export).
• Withdraw — email [email protected] for account deletion (when sign-in is live).

5. Children under 13

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data, we will delete it.

We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected in-app and the date above.
